Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project

  • Payments must be made on time to avoid delays

Final website files, access, or deployment will only be provided after full payment is completed.

Refund Policy

  • A partial refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started
  • Once planning, design, or development work has begun, no refunds will be issued
  • A project is considered started once initial work or strategy begins

Revisions Policy

  • Up to 3 revisions are included in the project scope
  • A revision refers to reasonable changes in design or content
  • Additional revisions beyond this limit may require extra charges

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, business details)
  • Ensure that all provided content is accurate and legally usable
  • Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays

Any delay in content or communication may extend the project timeline.

Project Timeline
Project duration may vary depending on:

Aapteta will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeframe.

Ownership and Rights

  • Full ownership of the website will be transferred after complete payment
  • Until then, Aapteta retains rights over the work
  • Aapteta reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes

Maintenance and Support

  • 1 month of free maintenance is included after project delivery
  • Ongoing support or updates after this period may be chargeable

Limitation of Liability
Aapteta will not be responsible for:

  • Any business losses or damages
  • Third-party service failures (hosting, domain, etc.)
  • Misuse or unauthorized changes made by the client after delivery

Changes to Terms
Aapteta reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
